Langley Fete - August Bank Holiday 2011

Despite the less than summery conditions, our bric-a-brac stall at the August Bank Holiday Langley Fete was a huge success. Even before the official ‘off’ at 1.00 pm, earnest bargain hunters were rifling through our stocks of nearly new handbags, china and other items.

By the time the fete closed at 5.00 pm, we had sold a considerable amount of stock and raised a more than creditable £240 for village hall funds.

Our sincere thanks to all who donated goods for us to sell, including committee members, who dug deep into wardrobes, attics and garages to unearth some treasures.
